Français	Blanca de S'Amarador	Català

	White fig variety coming from an old fig tree located at S’Amarador (Cala Figuera Mallorca). I am still pending to identify this variety. I found old and identical fig trees in Platja D’Aro (Baix Empordà, Catalunya). The summer scions 2006 scions had taken root very well and surely, they will give me figs in my terrace in the summer 2007 or 2008.
	On the left, one fig from this variety in my terrace, summer 2007. As is normal in pot culture it must to wait to form a right opinion. For the moment it taste is acceptable. It is curious the color difference between both figs even when they are the same variety. On the right the fig on its original place.
